The Silver Tower held the distinction of being Germany's tallest building until 1991. It houses the primary administrative offices of one of Germany's major banks, the Dresdner Bank. Situated at Jurgen Ponto Platz in Frankfurt's financial district, this skyscraper was built between 1975 and 1978 by the international company Bilfinger Berger.
